How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential
Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.
Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolut’s valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.
Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. They’ve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
The same institutional investors behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay backed Pacaso. And you can join them. But not for long. Pacaso’s investment opportunity ends September 18.

Some exceptionally young and gifted English attacking talent have graced the turf on the Premier League stage in recent weeks.
Rio Ngumoha became Liverpool‘s youngest ever goalscorer when he scored the dramatic late winner away at Newcastle United.
At the same time, Arsenal‘s 15-year-old sensation Max Dowman recently won a penalty against Leeds United before being handed minutes at Anfield.
The next in line to debut for one of the country’s leading sides at a ripe age could well be a young winger who played alongside both Ngumoha and Dowman in the U17 European Championships back in April.
That name is Manchester City‘s London-born winger: Ryan McAidoo.
Now 17, McAidoo made headlines in the youth football circle last summer for making the controversial switch to City from Chelsea, adding further salt to the Blues‘ wounds in the wake of Ngumoha’s departure.
City’s academy chiefs, Thomas Krucken and Sam Fagbemi, were said to have viewed McAidoo’s signing as a major heist, given that he was one of the leading talents in the entire prestigious Cobham setup.
The promise of a clearer pathway into the first team was said to be driving factor in the youngster’s decision.
Academy graduates Phil Foden, James McAtee, Rico Lewis, and Nico O’Reilly are all proof of this, with each of them recording 20-plus appearances last season.
This Ryan McAidoo player analysis and scout report will examine Ryan McAidoo’s style of play, athletic and technical attributes, and his projected integration into Manchester City’s tactical framework under Pep Guardiola during the 2025/2026 campaign and beyond.
Fulham were quiet for most of the summer until it emerged that they were interested in Shakhtar Donetsk winger Kevin.
It took until the final days of the window, but the Cottagers finally reached a deal.
The 22-year-old Brazilian ended up costing Fulham £34.6m, the largest transfer fee ever paid by the West London club.
Many great Brazilian talents have come through Shakhtar Donetsk over the years.
Players like Douglas Costa, Willian, Fernandinho, etc., have gone from the Ukrainian giants to some of the biggest clubs in Europe.
Kevin started his senior career at Brazilian side Palmeiras before moving to Shakhtar Donetsk in January 2024 for a fee of €12m plus add-ons.
He was an absolute star for the one and a half seasons with Shakhtar Donetsk, scoring 17 goals and dishing out 10 assists in 57 appearances.
With that being said, per Transfermarkt, Kevin only has an estimated transfer value of £10.4m.
So why did Fulham seemingly overpay for the talented Brazilian winger?
In this article, we will examine how he fits into the Marco Silva style of play, his data profile from his one-and-a-half seasons with Shakhtar, his ability as an elite dribbler, and some areas for improvement as he makes the jump to the most difficult domestic league in world football.
